This is my own personal concept for Sakura if she were to happen to appear in Street Fighter IV... If CAPCOM ever makes it... Anyway, I gave her more of a highschool fuku to show she'd grown a bit since SF Alpha. Perhaps I should have made her older? I gave her a very playful look, but throw a hadouken in her direction, and prepare to be Shouoken'd! I even gave her a couple of new moves to give her more of a traditional shoto feel. Forward+Med.Punch will become "ura-ken," a 2-hit backfist with similar properties to Ryu's forward+med/fierce. Maybe even a new super... Hadou-Wings? You be the judge. Whaddaya know, SFIV is on its way and Sakura is definitely one of the characters Ono(creatoer of SFIV) has been considering for a long time.
She actually gets a lot of fan support to appear in SFIV, so she'll definitely be there by the time it comes out for ps3/360
You were ahead of all of us, love the design, she definitely looks older, while maintaining that cute/free spirit.

As for Sakura, I haven't heard any official news yet, but I really hope she makes the cut. If there's hope for Dudley and Ibuki, then Sakura can't be too far behind!

I, erm... Yeah, I didn't quite think this one all the way through at time of conception. All I had in mind was a redesign for Sakura, and I hadn't thought much further than that

I do admit it's a nice design, I can actually imagine her wearing this during the SF2 timeline tho - it looks like a college uniform.

Yeah, this one's a couple of years old, and I didn't exactly do my fuku research. I definitely wanna redo this one and kinda update it. Man, I want her to come back... Supposedly we're gonna see Street Fighter IV in early '07, but it may just be another BS rumor...

I'll have the honor to be the first one to comment on thic pic, and what should I say? This design makes one of my favorite girl characters really, really awesome. I still think she should keep her jacket on, but, it's your decision.
