Description
This is a pastel painting I did as a gift for my very dear friend. It was used as a Christmas card for 'Breast Friends' - a local charity group for women with breast cancer. I am really happy to say it helped raise lots and lots of money for them.

The original painting belongs to dearest Sheila - this my scanned image I keep. She has nearly reached the end of her own particular journey and she has been fighting the good fight against this terrible disease for over 20 years. She is the most inspiring, fun filled and loving friend you could ever wish for and she has LIVED evey day fearing it could be her last. I am proud to be someone who calls her 'friend'.

I would be grateful to anyone who will send her a happy loving thought through her Angel. Thank you.
