It's Jiren the Grey from Dragon Ball!While Jiren wasn't the most interesting antagonist in Dragon Ball he was a lot of fun to watch! His fight with Goku and Frieza was so goood!
Plus he's a lot of fun to draw. Ridiculously ripped dudes are always so fun to draw lol

Excellent drawing with a wonderful background and I continue to enjoy the ripped dudes you draw for that reason I mentioned. 
Sadly we don't understand each other when it comes to Dragon Ball tastes because for some reason you like the serious aspects of the series... but we should focus on what we agree on.

Haha well I primarily like Dragon Ball for the fights and the serious arcs tend to have better fights. Plus the stakes are higher which makes me more invested. I like the comedic parts too though. People have different tastes. I don't mind that you don't like the serious parts. They're clearly not for everyone

I like comedy more than fights, and I got into Dragon Ball at first because it offered comedy with comedic fights and martial arts. It changed and the focus became too much on fights... but since the humor remains + is very strong in Super, I'm still a fan. I'm happy you don't mind my not liking serious parts, but I'm sorry to say that it's exactly why they have high stakes that I hate them. :/ It's unpleasant. Very sorry about that.
