Really late reply, but I'm sure it's intentional with the keeping of the game. In the Monkey Island games, Stan's shirt defies all rules of shirtery and just stays like that constantly.

No idea who the people dressed up as the MI characters are, but hey, it still looks great. I really like the colouring and shading, it looks fantastic. And Stan's coat! Such brilliance.
