Okay, I saw you wanted a critique so I'm gonna try my best to give one! I'd like to put I am still learning myself and my art still needs lots of improvements, but I'll try to give you some good feedback.
First off, I'm a bit iffy about the hair shine. Considering it's suppose to be the light reflecting off the hair from an angle, it's a bit weird to see it on all three parts of the hair in about the same place. I'm very unsure where the light is coming from too so either of them could be correct on positioning.
I will say I'm guilty for the pixel mspaint style, which I'm guessing you used and used quite well! I like how the hair is very textured but that being said I think the pony body could be more detailed too to go with it? It's not a huge problem, but it's just how the hair is so detailed and then the body is just flat colored.
The blush is a bit too bright. It should be probably a little more pink and complimentary to the gray pony fur to look nicer.
I'm very unsure what that line is under her eye? I can't tell if it's a marking or something else.
From what I see on the body pose, I think the torso is a little too thin and peanut-shaped. I can't see the full thing so I can't be 100% sure but from what I see that's what I can tell.
