I can see what you were going for, but I think you need to work on proportions more along with anatomy. And maybe you could search for a video about foreshortening, to able to get the hooves to look like they are coming towards you? You could try the coil method! The hair lines look like a little scruffy, and could do with tidying up but the hair styles are nice! The shading is a little rough and I think the faces could be more even. But the colours don't hurt, and they go well together and I'm sure that you'll improve with practice! The highlights in the hair are good, and I hope they stay like this! ^^
But please respect the fact that these two people do not want to be drawn together, since they broke up. There are plenty of OTPs in the sea!

I'm going to be honest here, this is bad.(no offense) But you can improve, you just have to work on your sketch and proportions more maybe have a reference of a pony face. Also practice more trust me you will get better if you keep practicing.
