Daughter of Storms, as her name calls her, is the child of Commander Arethi Silverglade and Kalithil Silverthorn. Both being strong and stubborn, Húriel comes by her bold personality quite honestly. She is sharp tongued and speaks her mind, causing some to find her abrasive at times, though in truth, she values honesty and does not care for playing around with words.
   Raised alone by her mother in exile, Húriel showed herself to be a promising at her and was taught the arts of the Elen’Thill. Their skill at bonding the power of nature to their arrows is unsurpassed, and Húriel uses this to the best possible defect when fighting.

   During her training, she was given the nickname Wisp, due in no small part to her incredibly pale coloring and habit of hanging back within the trees, apart from the others. It stuck and is what she is called more often than not, especially among some of the races that find her native tongue difficult. She has a tendency to rub people the wrong way, preferring the quiet of solitude that reminds her of how she was raised.
   These days, Húriel works to assist the Brigade in fighting where she is needed. With the recent Elemental Attacks, she is learning some harsh lessons about the realities of war. Can this strong-willed archer learn to set herself aside and work with others for the survival of all of Azeroth? Time will be the real test.

  Another piece from the Christmas series of tarot style character artwork I have already had a brush with back in July last year. Húriel is a present for the wonderful TindomielSilverthorn . I have set several strict rules for myself and tried my best to avoid turning it into a hybrid form of my usual style. I have followed the format I set closely and opted for side view, instead of the centered first piece. There is a third one coming to the mini-series on the other side . I hope you like the final outcome! I had a lot of fun with this series and hope to be able to do more in the tarot department soon.
