It looks like Ladybug and Cat Noir are having a struggle fighting a new villain when they came to Alex's dimension, the villain was named BalloonMan, a villain akumatized by ShadowMoth to inflate people with balloons with their color patterns, and hopefully inflate Ladybug and Cat Noir and get their Miraculous in the process.

It looks like Ladybug was caught in BalloonMan's trap of ladybug patterned balloons, and as soon as they hit her, they popped and Ladybug had instantly swollen up to the size of a beach ball. As you can see Cat Noir's reaction to Ladybugs predicament, I think he is enjoying seeing his lady like this. But I don't think Ladybug is enjoying her predicament, as you can tell from her reaction, she is panicking that she might lose to this new

villain. But don't worry, she managed to deflate herself and she and Cat Noir managed to DeEvilize the villain in the end.
