Headcanon Voice: Sam Marin (using his Pops voice but speaking in complete gibberish/nonsense)

Personality: Because very few can understand him and many know he is one of the older Goetia Demons, one immediately gets the impression that Decarabia is a distant, cold and aloof marquis who isn't concerned for others and only does what he intends. This isn't actually the case as Decarabia, once you really get to know him, is actually a chipper, friendly and respectful Goetic starfish demon who often has his head in the clouds. Much like his cohorts Naberius and Furfur he wants to help Sinners out from the Purges and also supports the idea of redemption, however he doesn't really know how to help exactly and despite having more authority, he acts often at times as more of a co-worker rather than a marquis (in fact, he often lets Furfur run things on his own accord). Him and Furfur will often conversate with each other often as well, as Furfur is one of the few to be able to understand what Decarabia says. When he does take charge, he typically treats other with respect and is very polite. While it's hard to get Decarabia angry when he is pushed to that point, he can vbe very frightening to be around.

Powers and Weapons: Telepathy: Decarabia can communicate to other demons via telepathy.

Levitation: Decarabia can levitate.

Herbs & Stones Knowledge: Decarabia knows the properties and values of herbs and precious stones.

Pentagram Star Form: Decarabia can take on the form of a giant floating pentagram star at will and can change back.

Eye Beam: Decarabia can fire out a powerful energy beam from his single eye at his opponents.

Teleportation: Decarabia can teleport place to place if necessary so that he doesn't have to move.

Bird Control: Decarabia has control over birds, being able to make them to do more mundane tasks or sic a flock of them to attack people.

Weaknesses: Poor communication, low defense

Bio: Being one of the earliest Goetic Demons to appear in Hell, Decarabia was responsible for coining the Pentagram Star after the concept of Sin was made. Decarabia was taught by Lucifuge Rofocale and the two became fast friends in Hell, with Decarabia considering Lucifuge Rofocale as his mentor. Decarabia also began to study the herbs and stones, that way he could learn their properties and values. He also studied the language of the birds. However one thing he never really got around to doing was learning other languages (such as English) as Decarabia has stuck to speaking the same old Demonic language he's best used to speaking since he first got to Hell. Later on Decarabia's life he came across a young Furfur, who was a new figure to the Infernal Council. Since it seemed like very few (if any) wanted to help the young lad, Decarabia came along and decided to help mentor the young lad, also teaching him the ancient demon language that he (Decarabia) spoke so that the two could better understand each other.

Decarabia and Furfur both had the same goal in regards to Hell's Pride Ring and that was to make things better for the Sinners. He too also supports Charlie's plan of redeeming Sinners, though of which he recieved major backlash from his fellow Infernal Council members for supporting it. Decarabia also was present in helping giving Naberius a shelter after he was ousted and continues to assist him and his apprentice Furfur. Currently Decarabia seeks to make new changes in the Pride Ring still, though he faces some tough challenges up ahead....
