Created by a collaboration of many depraved foreign scientists, Maxwell was built with the intention of being the ultimate killing machine. Armed to the rim with blades all over and inside, Maxwell is essentially what would happen if someone managed to build a nightmare. However, upon being created Maxwell's first instinct was to kill every single scientist who was in that room with him, slaughtering them all. He then destroyed the lab and ran out to civilization, where he is said to roam around at to this day....sweet dreams....

Abilities and Weapons: Ax head, knife hands, sheer strength, hands can transform into other weapons, shurikens, climbing
