She looks like a very cute character. I like that you've given her a chest poof of fur, so few people really do that it seems.
For the hands, all of the fingers have been drawn basically the same length. They wouldn't be able to bend into a fist very well if this was the case. I found a great tutorial the other day on lining up the knuckles correctly, so I'll toss that your way: [link]
The other thing is the perfectly spherical breasts, which is a total pet peeve of mine. Perfect spheres are hard to get, even with a bra on, but completely impossible when nude. Gravity pulls on breasts, so they shift and move with that pull. I tried to find a stock image pose similar to what you have: [link]
A final thing I'd like to warn about is to not use things like blankets to hide part of the body without deciding where the body is under them. I'm confused about where her body is under that cover. We can see part of her lower hip, but I can't figure out which direction her legs are supposed to be going to be propped up like that and also make the blanket wrinkle in the ways that it is. It feel like her knee should maybe be poking out of that first wave of blanket that's aimed at us. If that makes sense. I wish DA had a feature to draw over images to show what I'm trying to say.
