After so many nice things got said on the other post I did [link] , about how much I liked the idea of a Female Captain America I just...couldn't help myself. I had to clean up those doodles and draw some Avengers era Cap to round it all off.

For those of you who don't want to click the link, TL;DR version:

I love Cap the way he is, but a female Cap, who grew up knowing what it was like to be more than just physically disenfranchised (read as: being a woman in the 1940s) would understand, very deeply, the value of power and how it has to be wielded. At the very least, she'd have more of a reason to understand the real value of power/strength than a skinny white male of reasonable means and general all-American alignment would.
