one of the things that bothers me about superhero comics (and I'm not alonein this, this is a huge debate) is that there's no variety of body type. ITs not that I dislike super curvy girls, its that EVERYONE is skinny as all get out with huge t&a. Its what guys pay for. Which is unfortunate, bcause that image follows the same rules. She has skinny arms, legs, and waist, with a pretty face, makeup, and huge boobs. She's not going into battle, she's posing for a photo shoot. I wanted to draw Thor as a big woman. Someone who is muscle and meat and fat and six feet and 200 lbs.
eh. I probably still made them both a little too cute then. Failure to me.

I love Steph's costume, you designed that really well... And Thora...? Well, everything about her seems perfect. I love that you kept her tall and heavily built. Norse goddesses can't be tiny breakable dolls after all, they've got too many brave feats of badassery to accomplish after all! X'D

I just get sick of seeing the tiny hipster girls or the curvy t&a girls. I know I'm not alone in that. Its not that I hate them, I just think that there needs to be more diversity. There's a place and time for all girls.
