Turning 22 this year, Mona has been part of TaurPizza for a good while. In a time when most of their competitors are using cars, Mona and her co-workers pride themselves giving their pizza a “Centaur’s Touch”. True, they may not be able to get as far in 30 minutes, but no one is more excited than their customers when one of the many cute Centaurs come bounding in view with their bounty upon their back.Related content

Horses have 4 'gears' for traveling (I took horseback riding lessons). Walk, trot, run, and gallop. The smoothest is actually the full-speed gallop. So the main thing to worry about is turning and the acceleration/deceleration.

The difference between cars and horses is that cars are always in contact with the ground. Therefore, surefooted horses will not hit the potholes or bumps the same way, and can adjust their footing and leg positions to minimize the impact difference. Kind of like a toy car shaking its way up a flight of mini-stairs vs a human smoothly walking up regular ones.
