too crazy for me. You could say "when you cast ~ exile [item 1], [item 2], [item 3]. ~ has the abilities of all sigils exiled with this effect." If you really wanted to you could give all of them the card type 'sigil' and say you can't cast this unless you control three sigils with different names. and when you cast this exile three sigils with different names. Something to think about.

That is a lot easier to say and do. Making a Sigil artifact also opens an interesting avenue...mmm...accepted.
