*Hetaoni Spoilers!*It's a picture that is inspired by a "Hetaoni" ending where Italy scarifices himself to save Germany and the others and Germany has a breakdown. I never worked so hard on a base drawing in my life! Took a bit over 6 hours to finish. And sorry for the poor quality, I was using paint.
