Description

The South Kalos leak is an infamous fake leak that came out in early 2016 after Magearna was revealed and before Sun and Moon were revealed. In this series, I'll make each of these slots real one way or another - If one idea is already done in the modern games, I'll do my own creative take on it. Maybe I'll throw in some 'mons of my own that aren't in that fake leak to help add more to Kalos' faults.

As Stated prior in previous posts , There will be a fun side thing along the coast, a huge Abyssal Ruins called "Lost City" which has special ancient treasures to evolve a wide amount of Pokemon from across the world. Some needed this evolution, while others got it to show an example of what Lost City has!

Chimecho is a pretty underwhelming Pokemon, as it not only got power crept but other Psychic types did it better even in its debut generation. So to fit with the treasure/mystery theme of Lost City, the y get a final evolution to help it soar high!

-Use the "Ringing Blessing" Treasure Item on Chimecho during the day, and it'll evolve into Cetasora!-

Cetasora (A mixture of Cetacean and sora [Japanese for sky]) becomes a drastically bigger sky whale that feeds only on swarms of bug pokemon, like how regular whales eat schools of small fish/krill. They're adorned with large bells that chime harmoniously while doing anything, they also act as pouches for young Chingling before they're released on mass.

Cetasora is based on the Hamamatsu Kite Festival , Dragon-shaped kites, and the Skywhale Hot air balloon made by Patricia Pincinini - her most well-known creations is the balloon and Graham.

Ability: (1) Marvel Scale
Gender Ratio: 50%M/50%F
Egg Group: Amorphous
Height Range: Extra Large

"Measuring at 45 feet from tip to tail, Cetasora are surprisingly gentle creatures rarely seen in the wild as the only time you'd know they're floating around is when they hear feint bells in the distance that are used for calling for others."

They also get a move than can be learned by other melodic Pokemon:

Move: Enlightened Bells
Type:
Category: Special
Power: 80
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 10
In-game Move Description: "The user rings bells at the foe at blistering volumes that can hit the foe's ally as well for lesser damage. This move does double damage to any foe with a status condition and heals them of it. This move can also be used on allies - but without damaging them."

In-game Effect: It behaves like a special Wake-Up Slap mixed with Incinerate but can be used as support on your ally like Pollen Puff to remove ailment that are inconvenient.
