Description

The South Kalos leak is an infamous fake leak that came out in early 2016 after Magearna was revealed and before Sun and Moon were revealed. In this series, I'll make each of these slots real one way or another - If one idea is already done in the modern games, I'll do my own creative take on it. Maybe I'll throw in some 'mons of my own that aren't in that fake leak to help add more to Kalos' faults.

Weavile was actually a good pokemon back in the days, being a good sweeper only held back defensively - they even got good moves like Triple Awel and Knock Off for reliable damage. Now in Gen 9 with it's moves stripped and having to deal with it's cousin from the past and a new Dark/Ice stealing it's name in a pseudonym, Weavile is a ghost of its former self.
However, some Weavile have taken pride in their status as alpha in the group and have decided to become unique in their own way if competition is that stiff!

-Heal 600 total health points on Weavile, either by overconsuming berries (which is possible for only it) or with moves like Drain Punch, and Weavile will evolve into the immovable Minxine-

Minxine (a mixture of Mink and porcine) takes the high-speed rivalry in a whole new step the other direction by exchanging its glass cannon lifestyle to a life of sponging hits with it's new fairy-type and it's new Huge HP stat due to it's diet of sweet things.

When i see Weavile's design, i can see a sort of ancient headdress like the ones worn by ancient Egyptians and Aztecans. So might as well give them a leader with a historically accurate physique . I also gave it an overall gentler nature, as it now has to use it's tricks for good and keep its weasel-like sub-ordinates from getting ahead of their paper-thin bodies.

Ability: (1) Royal Girth - Reduces all incoming damage by 50%, but the Pokémon will always act more slowly when using damaging moves.
(H) Whimsy - Doubles the Pokémon's Speed stat on Misty Terrain.

"Seen as a leader of the Weaviles, these alphas have great durability in battle and great wits to match. Minxine are seen as the peak of Weavile evolution to surpass and rivaling species."

Minxine are able to relearn Knock Off in this form rather than in it's prevo and can learn Triple Axel via move tutor. This Pokemon can also learn a special move only pokemon of its physique can learn:

In-game Move Description: "The user stores power, then attacks. This move's power is doubled if the user was attacked first. This attack is unaffected by the target's barriers, substitutes, and the like."

In-game Effect: This move is basically a mixture of Payback and the effects of Infiltrator.
