Description

The South Kalos leak is an infamous fake leak that came out in early 2016 after Magearna was revealed and before Sun and Moon were revealed. In this series, I'll make each of these slots real one way or another - If one idea is already done in the modern games, I'll do my own creative take on it. Maybe I'll throw in some 'mons of my own that aren't in that fake leak to help add more to Kalos' faults.

As Stated prior in previous posts , There will be a fun side thing along the coast, a huge Abyssal Ruins called "Lost City" which has special ancient treasures to evolve a wide amount of Pokemon from across the world. Some needed this evolution, while others got it to show an example of what Lost City has!

Spiritomb isn't a Pokemon who needed an evolution since they're already perfect design-wise, but it's odd stat distribuiton where it's only highest stats are it's defenses, the addition of Fairy types to balance it's power, and and even Pursuit getting dexxited off of them adds up to it becoming a more niche wall only given a shoutout to it's cool typing and it's role as the first Pokemon Cynthia and Volo send out to show they aren't playing around.
So I want this specially dubbed "Treasure Evolution" to play with a gimmick or two that Pokemon doesn't do to save on the gigabites.

-Use a Dusk Stone on Spiritomb to evolve it into Phantomb-

Phantomb (a reference to Spiritomb's first English name that was rejected, since Nintendo of America thought Spiritomb sounded better) Now becomes partially free, as it can now form a body like it had Centuries ago . Even with it's powers returning it still just drags it's rock around just as much as it's prevo - They even have the same BST, with the Defenses and offenses switching and the HP and Speed switching to show it's a bit more agile with it's better formed body.
This obviously worked well with the Scyther Line to make all of it's family work well in their own unique way!

However lorewise, if it tried evolving once more, it might end up cracking it's Odd Keystone, resulting in what happened during PLA, with it's souls gibbing across Hisui and starting back at the beginning as a Spiritomb.

"With enough power building up in it's body, Phantomb now resembles closer to that of ancient stories of the Free Spirit. Stories tell of a group of people who mistook it for a legendary Pokemon in Sinnoh folklore and made an amulet for it."

ONE fine trinket my followers made for me back when they admired my power AND a vessel to pilot... Then true FREEDOM from this shackle can be accomplished in my own way!>
-Use a Duality Core on a Phantomb holding a "Cursed Sigil" Treasure Item with any of the small pool of Pokemon it can fuse with, and Phantomb will "evolve" into Phylacrux The Worshipped!-

Phylacrux (a mixture of phylactery and horcrux ) is a Spirit now free from it's tomb and now into a more weight-free and spacious body! It's vessel now dawns the Cursed Sigil around it's neck - if someone were to take off the Sigil if the spirit hasn't retreated from the body, the spirit would disappear and take the wearer with it.

The unique gimmick of this Special Treasure Evolution is that whatever Pokemon it's fused with in the small pool it can fuse with (it can't fuse with Legendaries and most mythicals), it'll not only resemble it designwise, but statwise as well but in it's own Spiritomby way. It'll basically add 108 Base stat points on top of the vessel's stats -making each Phylacrux custom made for any situation!
For Example, I used a Lopunny (one of the pokemon it can fuse with) and it not only resembles a Mega Lopunny, but it also has it's stat distribution with the extra 8 base stats going into HP.

This Pokemon is based on Liches , undead warlocks who cheat death by putting their soul on soul artifacts to reincarnate elsewhere. It's whole gimmick is based on Darksilvania's Parascylla, as it also will have a thing where the vessel and the spirit have differing shiny parts based on who's fused!

It's ability also gets a side effect based on who it's fused with, Not only does it get a Fairy Immunity but because it's also fused with Lopunny it's immune to Paralysis as it has Limber - small stuff like that y'know?

Ability: (1) Vantablack - The mere prescence of them lets off a malevolent energy, as the Pokémon receives full immunity to all Fairy-type moves. A second effect is applied based on who Phylacrux is fused with.

"It's ferocity is now well met with it's newfound freedom from the Odd Keystone, allowing it float around to dodge attacks. The only way to free a body possessed by Phylacrux without harming either of them requires an old spell."

I might release more sketches of what it can fuse with and what their secondary effects might do, but don't expect it soon after this is posted.
