done for a contest of Canal+ which will show Game of thrones series in spanish.
the illustration shows the main families(represented with their heraldry) involved (more or less voluntarily, knowing it or not) in the game of thrones.

The circle of waves means the sea that separate the actions in seven kingdoms and the actions of daenerys Targaryen.
the background is the shadow of the iron throne from the series.
if you don't heve read the first book, don' continue (spoiler)

the thre headed dragon has different eyes in each head... the colors are the colors of the three dragons that were born in khal Drogo's funeral stake from the eggs that were gifted to Daenerys.
