Once again, more Paint Tool Sai practice!Introducing Taru Kiahma. Taru is a title, but for what will be explained another day.
Not much changed with Kiahma's design, although I did tweek things from her previous design. She is still the half-sister to King Sirahus. Taru Kiahma also still plays an important role in the stories I will someday draw out.
(I need to work on my braids: I'm so used to drawing just straight mane hair)

Interesting. I see her design is evolving for the better. In any cas i am curious about her design choices as well as the ones you tweaked. For what reason did you change what you changed?

The most dramatic change are her horns and mane, but otherwise I just added the bracelets and burn marks on her wrists. Not much else has changed.
As for the choices, I will say here that her blind eye is the result of an accident involving a surge of magical energy: she is not blind in the other eye (but that cannot be seen in this picture). Also, the circular marks are what I call the "spirit's touch", aka where spiritual energy coursed through her body and left marks/scars.
