Nope. In honest opinion she isn't hot at all. Trish and Lady at least aren't damsels in distress or insult Wiccans. I don't really see the appeal of her but to each of their own. Dragon Age's Morrigan pulls off this look much much better and is a better character.
Still with that aside you tried your best to make her sexy.

Sadly kat only looks hot in this art and not the game itself because she looks like a homeless emo packed with AIDS...and she seems a character thats gonna be a scarred emo for life with no possible happy personality since she was being raped by her demon stepfather in the past... if you seen the Art concept sketches in the DMC game extras she originally didnt look like a damsel in distress and look like she was tough and capable of fighting the demons on her own

The saddest part of this whole debacle is that I know of a talented female fan of Devil May Cry on this site who designed a female OC who is leagues ahead of Kat and does a way better job of representing Wiccans properly without being an obnoxious Mary Stu or a damsel in distress.

kat is such an interesting character and becomes sexy because of personality rather than having huge breasts or a lack of clothes (not that im complaining about this pic lol)

Great series but a big thing missing is people. Each game places only the named characters in whatever area the game takes place. If you arent a main character or enemy, you arent in the game.
There should be alot of NPCs around.

Well, in this one you do spend most of the time in limbo, between worlds, so there's a reason you can't interact with normal people.
Not every game needs tons of npcs for you to interact with. The focus of DMC has always been the combat.
You might like dragon's dogma. It's made by a lot of the old dmc crew but takes place in an open world fantasy setting with quests and such.

Not just the DMC series, most series, even the newest ones. Resident Evil 2/3 went into detail to show what happened to the missing people(dead and half-eaten). Onimusha 2 had a mining town to act like a Hub for characters, showing live NPCs.
Horror/action games have lazy developers who skip major details like where millions of people have gone.

Not that I mind games that don't have too much npc action in em, I absolutely loved how the other characters might randomly join you in battle in onimusha 2! I like when the npcs take part in the action! Not just as things you click on for text. (I also like the npc action in onimusha 4)
