Watcher is by all means a serious, silent type. Though not unkind, he is blunt and unafraid to speak his mind. He can be a bit harsh at times and has no tolerance for disloyalty. He tends to be friendly with other members of his group, but is notoriously cold and difficult to speak with towards those he dislikes.

Watcher was actually born in Sparkclan as Nightkit. His litter was small, just him and his sister Cherrykit, and his little family was very tight knit. Nightkit was a sweet little kitten, but a bit too curious for his own good. He often got himself into trouble for various different little things, such as wandering off or... asking too many questions.
Early Life
As an apprentice, Nightpaw was relatively competent; he was a quick learner, and his enhanced sight made him a popular choice for border patrols. Being in Sparkclan, Nightpaw didn't interact with any cats outside of his clan except during gatherings, and even then his clanmates would try to prevent the apprentices from talking to the other clans. Nightpaw didn't think much of it at first, but at one gathering he met an especially friendly Bloomclan apprentice by the name of Sagepaw. After this he began questioning his clan's behavior. Why were they so opposed to talking to the other clans? Sagepaw was the sweetest cat he'd ever met! It didn't make sense for all outsiders to be as awful as the rest of the clan made them out to be. Unbeknownst to him at the time, this seed of doubt would be the catalyst for something much bigger...
Adult Life
Nightpaw was given the name Nightwatcher at the age of 17 moons. He lived for many moons as a fairly typical Sparkclan cat, keeping his doubts to himself, and secretly talking to Sagepaw, now Sagefeather, at gatherings. When they were 30 moons old, his sister Cherryshade discovered she was expecting kits. Nightwatcher was so excited to be an uncle, he wasn't as careful as he should have been when he met Sagefeather next. One of the other Sparkclan warriors confronted him in front of the entire clan that same night. The clan leader was willing to let this go, with a punishment, until Nightwatcher outwardly started questioning the clan's mentality. The doubt in Sparkclan's ways was framed as disloyalty, and he was cast out from the clan. Nightwatcher went straight to Bloomclan and told his friend the entire story. Sagefeather offered to let him join Bloomclan, but Nightwatcher refused. He didn't want to face his former clanmates again, didn't want to be associated with the system that betrayed him. Sagefeather reluctantly agreed with it, and not wanting to be apart from Nightwatcher, slipped away from his own clan that night. The two made their way to the nearby mountains, where they settled in an abandoned twoleg structure overlooking the valley. Nightwatcher changed his name to just Watcher, and like his namesake, kept a close eye on the land below. Soon after that the two cat group grew- strays and other clan outcasts joined them in their home, and they formed a community of their own. After hearing the personal stories of his new friends, Watcher adopted a poor opinion of the clans, and began plotting revenge. For him, and for everyone else they had wronged. Who knows what he's planning...
