Since and already have these versions up in their galleries, figured I might as well slap it up. Did a little more tweaking to it this morning that you can't see in this old proof (mainly Lynx's hair)Cover for Isis from Blue Water.

Can I ask you how you did the background texture sometime? Not even so much to do it myself, but I like to think I'm pretty good at Photoshop (from a photo editing POV) and I'm curious as to how you did it.

Lol, Isis's hair is the only hair I've colored that I've ever been happy with on the first attempt.
Actually I made the texture a long time ago and just pull it out from time to time. It's pretty simple. I'll make a tut for it after I get done with alla these covers and pages.

And yeah, screw that all black background! I tried different things to make it work (glows and fades mainly), but I wasn't happy with any of em. So I said to myself "Self, let's whip out the trusty ole parchment texture and go to town!"

Just so you don't use the parchment tex. like some "people" use a certain "rust" tex. Then you'll be fine....lol.
