Collab with `leodadominico ( pen drawing by Leo could be found here - [link] ).I was never using handmade anti-aliasing that much like on this dog
It was hard but I'm really proud of this work. I was going not to use dithering but... what the hell 
I can't do without 
39 colors, ~ 15 hours of work (4 days).

Looks really good. The colors of the background remind me of some oldskool pixel art. The dithering is really cool. I just wish the moon would stand out from the sky a bit more.

Turns out better then I had hoped. Great job on the color selections, the background really gives depth to the piece, and the nice moon over top for balance. The direction seems to be pointing upward more to the right, where the moon is, guided by the alignment of the birds. Fun collab.

The only critique is that the color for the dog be doesn't appeal to me much as vicious of it being brown. I see it more insanely attractive of danger by being white, gray, and even black. With these colors you can associate it with the real types of dogs, no other dogs that has a brown coat will ring in the audience mind of being vicious. White will remind others of a snow wolf, innocent seeing as pure because itβs white, but quite dangerous. Gray being a normal wolf on a warmer climate, and black for a more stylish look of underground secretive, like the mob (mafia), or rot wilder types of dogs.
The mountains are very well done, the details of the shadow that creates depth brings it being a tropical place. The only thing I am uncertain of is the way those hills look like pointy boobs overlapping one another. They are very much alike from one another, perhaps having different types of hills and its elevation may create more realistic environment.

I see what you mean. I was trying to play with colors for the dog before submitting (when everything else was finished and adjusted already). Moving along hue gave me interesting result with white dog and red saliva (this could be blood)... But it was too late for me to change the whole scene
