Two of greatest Giant robots ever, duking it out.Honestly? .....I'd say MEGAS wins. Coop's fighting style is unpredictable, as are most of his weapons, and he's fought soldiers (the Glorft) and more powerful mechs (Evil Coop's & again, the Glorft's) and won.

Megas would win because if Coop faced impossible odds with his opponent, he press random buttons to teleported his “Big Glug / large cup of soda” inside the enemy’s internal systems to cause a malfunction from the inside.
Just like from Megas XLR episode 13, The Driver’s Seat, when Coop defeat Warmaster Gorrath’s humongous mech giant “Eradicator” for example.
