There's screams everywhere. The big truck leave the place quickly while Larry is holding an injuried Ryan.

"Ryan! Buddy!", Larry shouts totally shocked about what happen.

"Oh my God, oh my god!!!", that's the only thing Homer can speaks, get in panic and don't know what to do.

Larry see at Ryan's eyes and somehow he smiles a bit, whispering something that nobody could hear.

"No... NO! Ryan! Stay alive! Help!"

But nobody know what to do. Then a guy appear with a celphone, ready for call an ambulance.
It's John, the gay owner of Cockamamie's Collectibles Shop. He recognize Ryan when he goes to Waylon's appartament weeks ago and hearing him shouting at his father.

"Hello? We need an ambulance, it's urgent! There's an injuried young man! Was hit by a truck, c'mon!", then after telling the direction, he goes to help Larry to holding Ryan. "It's alright, the ambulance is coming. Hold on"

Before passes out, Ryan recognize John. Then he uses the cellphone for make another call.

"Smithers! Where you go?"

Waylon Smithers stopped at the door of Burns' office.

"It's my son, sir... he...he was hit... John call me. Now he's surely... at the hospital... I-I need to see him, sir!", Smithers is obviosly scared, hardly breathing.

"But Smithers! You told me that your son actually hates you"

"You said that you don't care about Larry, but when we throught that he was kidnapped, you obviously get worried about his safety, don't you?! Please Monty, it's my son!", Waylon is about to cry in desesperation.

Burns got his point. He surely will feel that same thing if Larry had an accident. After all, Waylon can be fatherly too.

"Wait Smithers, I'm coming with you"
