Illustration for the story "On wings of birds" for chapter "Hawks". In this chapter, Theo is already left alone by everyone, but in this time he finds an friend he needs. When walking in the city, he sees a hawk flying high, and the next day, he saw him again, so he is trying to follow him, and he climbs to a roof and there is an old man with the hawk on his hand. They start talking about the hawk, about old man's life and such things, and they became close to each other. They meet on the roof every day after school, but one day, Theo comes there and sees no one. He met the old man never again, and its not clear what really was the reason behind it - if the old man died, or ended up in hospital, or just lost interest. Anyway, Theo feels betrayed and even more devastated and his depressions and desperation grow stronger.
