The linked one is the older one of Simon's two versions. He built the second one which isn't publicly available but has been featured in the "Ships of the Line" calendar (just like his Excelsior is part of the cover of the new issue).

Sure.
It might require some minor touch-ups since it was built in R5, which is rather ancient compared to the current version.
