Removing his coat, House limped his sore body down the hallways of his home. He wanted nothing more then to roll up in the covers of his bed and just pass out from this throbbing pain, from the headache of loosing yet another patient. The day was just another ride straight down into hell.

Opening his bedroom door, the sight made him smile. Wilson had already passed out, his body curled on on his own side of the hed, his head tucked neatly onto a pillow. He looked peaceful... Being as quiet as possible. House removed his clothing to slip into his PJ's, his thigh protesting still to his movements. Nothing he couldn't handle with a little help from his orange buddy. With a pop of the cap, he dry swallowed two pills to make the pain ease to a light throb, at least enough to let him sleep.

His body slide under the covered, flinching from his right thigh as he bent it up and over. Glancing over, he sighed deeply with a smile, seeing Wilson had not moved from his spot. Good, Wilson had a rough day as well, loosing two of his kids to their cancers had taken a hard blow to his heart. House could put money down that his husband had spent half of the night crying into his pillow before he passed out.

Resting his head upon his pillow, House slowly began to let his body relax and his mind shut down when he heard the covers russle. Opening his tired eyes, he frowned at the sight of Wilson. His husband had rolled over and propped himself up on his elbows, those thick brown locks, showing hints of white messed and sticking up on end, those brown eyes a little puffy from his tears but showing warmth that only glowed for House.

"Welcome home honey." Wilson whispered before scooting closer, his face burying into Houses chest. "Did.. I wake you?" House whispered, his fingers reaching up, touching those soft curled, his face burying itself against Wilsons. He felt his lovers body tremble in a chuckle before his voice whisper out, "No, I've been waiting up for you."

"Why?"

He felt Wilson shrug a little before snuggling closer, his fingers slowly curling into Houses shirt.

"I can't sleep unless you're here."

"...thats a stupid reason."

" Good night House."

House closed his eyes a little before his lips touched Wilsons temple, his arm hugging him closer. "Night.."
