Description he was awoken by music, it beckoned him, lilting and insistent; delicate music played by delicate instruments [that he could not identify] with one rippling, bell-like phrase running through it in a golden thread of delight. there was in this music so much of the deepest enchantment of all his dreams and imaginings, that he woke smiling in pure happiness at the sound. in the moment of his waking, it began to fade, beckoning as it went. as he opened his eyes, it was gone. he had only the memory of that one rippling phrase still echoing in his head. and it itself was fading so fast that he sat abruptly and reached his arms out to the air, as if to bring it back.

tonight I died of a broken heart, but came back because I thought you would miss me, only to find you had not know Iā€™d gone at all.

can you see the big picture now?

As the other have already said, I hope you find the joy of creating art again on your hiatus.
You have been one of my idols since the beginning.
This particular work has a softness and depth to it that I especially enjoy

You really can capture emotion in a picture. You have talent, but art should be enjoyable, we will miss your work, fantastic as it is.

A strong and absolutely wonderful piece.
I will really miss your great works if you're going on hiatus. (Hopefully only for a while as I'm hoping you will find creativity and pleasure in drawing again.)

I really like this! The perspective and anatomy are wonderful and, once again, I have to admire your ability to draw clothing that looks natural. This image speaks to me in many ways, emotionally, on a personal level. This has life in it, even if it is... forlorn, which may or may not be an understatement depending on your intent/feeling/thinking at the time of creating this.

I think you've pretty much hit the proverbial nail on the head there.

thanks so much! <3

No I cannot, the browser window isn't sized properly *fixes*

I like the lighting, you did a good job.
Is the description a song? If it not it should be.

the description actually comes from the last page of the album insert of Understand This is a Dream by The Juliana Theory, but isn't a song and is probably an amalgamation of quotes I've never been able to find the source for[assuming they're quotes from an external source since the entire insert is filled with ones I DO know and recognize].

and thanks!

Well that would explain why it sounded songy and didn't rhyme
