i didn't like the first one, so i started a new one some time ago. I just remembered it today and decided to finish it.I'll probably keep playing with his design though, cause i'm so fickle.

This guy is a pretty fantastic character <3 i really like the design.
Is he like electronic, or electric based? The whole tail, horns and plus and minus this give that vibe.
I think he is quite unique! :'D i have not seen a character like him!
