"Squirrel Girl" portrays my friend Nicole as a Pokemon Trainer, rocking a black-and-purple squirrel T-shirt, posing against a green-and-white background with a Pachirisu and Emolga at her side. Nicole loves squirrels and unicorns, and her mons reflect this. Her main team is Kantonian Rapidash, Galarian Rapidash, Pachirisu, Emolga, Skwovet, and Greedent. She also has a Pikachu, Galarian Ponyta, Pichu, Plusle, and Minun in reserves.

Nicole and I have been friends since sixth grade, and she was my first crush (I never actually got around to telling her how I felt). Despite numerous bumps in the road on my part, she never stopped trying or wanting to be my friend. This drawing is my way of thanking her for that.
