Yes, this is a day early, but I figured I'd go ahead and get it posted so I wouldn't have to worry about it tomorrow. *grins* It was supposed to be part of a Double Feature for Last Valentine's with this right here:

However, I never did get it finished in time, so this year I decided to bring it back and redo it. I went back and altered the drawing so it looks better and redid the ink in PaintTool SAI. *grins* Trust me; it looks a great deal better now.

Cultural Note:
In Japan, Valentine's Day is a day reserved for women to give out chocolate to the men in their life. They can give two types of chocolate: Giri-choco (Obligation chocolate), which is usually given to co-workers, bosses, friends, and men they don't feel a special love for; and Honmei-choco (Prospective Winner Chocolate), which is given to the man they love. Honmei-choco is more expensive and sometimes homemade. A man is very lucky if he receives Honmei-choco.
March 14, White Day, is the day Men return gifts to women in response to the Valentine's chocolates.-
