Just some more villains~
The Mastermind- The man in charge, the one everyone knows but doesn't REALLY know. He's in control of all the villains, he keeps in contact with them through screens and pays them depending on how much evil they do.
Rumor has it he started the whole Hero vs Villain war in Cityburg, but no one knows why, or where he's getting the money to pay for everyone's jobs.
On the opposite side of the spectrum, there's a man called "The Commander" who leads and pays fo the heroes. There's obviously a connection... hmm.

Deadface- A necromancer, he summon the dead to do his biding. While that sounds horrible and cliche, Deadface doesn't seem to fit his lot in life and isn't as evil as he sounds. He's surprisingly well-mannered and even a bit of a lady's man. A lot of women find him extremely charming, even a few heroinnes have gone on dates with him. He's really lackluster with his job, he seems to prefer raising the dead to do his house work rather than to take over the city. He is completely dead himself, he was killed long ago when an angry mob killed him for doing his unholy deeds and bashed his head in. He always wears a cloak to cover his nasty mess of a head, it's super gross. The only reason he chose to become a supervillain is because, really, where else are you going to get a job when you're a necromancing zombie? He used to have an actually cool name, but after people nick-naming him Deadface, it stuck.

Hubert- Probably the weirdest of the supervillains, Hubert is a homeless man who gained the ability to breathe fire after being used for testing at a food laboratory. Most of his evil-doing is entirely untintentional, usually caused by him being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Everyone feels extremely awkward in his presence, even the other villains don't like him. One eye is always facing the wrong way and a lot of his teeth are rotting or gone. He talks like a crazy man, often starting conversations that sound like the middle of a sentence and spewing pure gibberish. In that aspect he's kind of funny and ridiculous, but somehow.. there's something sad about him. Tapey is his pet, a giant parasite that is like an extremely loving dog. A slimy, eel-like dog. Ew. If Tapey gets injured in any way, Hubert will go into RAAAAAGE and destroy anything nearby.
