I finished this a few days ago; now I must curse myself for being a lazy arse.*Title's a play off a NIN song. Not sure which album.
*I effed up regular Copy X's jacket. I've only ever seen artwork for Mk. II (non-alternate forms, anyway).
EDIT: ~Gauntlet101010 reminded me that I'd forgotten Quint, Shadow Mega, and Copy-Light. This has been rectified. Thanks, man!

"Keychain" is actually Quint. That design comes from this set of keychains where everyone looked odd.

Would the Captain N and the Game Masters version of megaman be included in this? the green one with the blue visor that looks a bit like quint? hes in the old cartoon? if so, than a copy of roll would be mega girl from that series in the episode 'happy birthday megaman', and then Dr. wright(the dr. light of that) Dr. Wily(this version looks like somone squished the base sprites from the first game and turned it into a toon.)and his docbot on captain n was hilarious. Also rush(dog) beat(the lil bluebird) and tango(green cat) have megaman exe counterparts. in the game they are the helpers that appear from the navicustomiser program. and theres copy bass from battle network 1 and 2, the one that turned into the gospel virus? that one wasnt the true bass. and zero virus from exe, its in the network transmission game for the gamecube and in the anime of beast+ of NT warriors. i could go on, but i think that might be a system overload lol.

No, Captain N Megaman isn't a copy, he's the real MM (even if he looks and sounds completely different).
As for .EXE, I'm pretty sure all those clones look exactly the same as the real ones.

copy bass is more dark, almost a shadow version, its the one you battle in the first megaman bn my mistake. also zero virus is all over devviant art just search. and also i was wondering,in megaman 6 or something he was fighting someone who ended up being a beirded wily or masked wily, but throughout the whole game your led to believe hes someone else...would that count? just wondering

Actually, now that I think on it *again* there's another truly obscure one that appeared on a MM card set based off the cusey RMW2 manga. He was colored a lot like the American Quint, but was a cute version of the Japanese design.

There's the Nester comic archive. Actually I misremembered ... Nester was dressed as MM in the MM2 comic and had three robot clones made by Wily in the MM3 comic.
Heh, I know I'm getting into the minutia, but I did base my entire site around this sort of crap. Other people may be knowledgeable in the Japanese sourcebooks and the like, but I do know my crappy remakes and redesigns!
