Funtastic fact: Ran and Katyusha are the only Kalinka-bots I know of.College-age Kalinka gets some very nice clothes (based off what she was wearing in NAdM #7).

Well, there IS one Plant-Girl, a fan character from a webcomic made by AkumaTH.. I think. Apparently there's a running gag in the fandom that Kalinka's robots always seem to be weaker than dr.cossack's.
