Dr. Ivo Kintobor (Dr. Robotnik) has a deep-seated mistrust of living beings, especially humans, but he acknowledges that they are instrumental in his empire...even without being transformed by The Robotisizer.

The first line of defend of Robotropolis will always be the Badnik or SWAT Bot. Entirely mechanical they have routines, priority orders, and patrol patterns but at least they never disobey and cannot feel pain or fear.

The second line is the all too human but thankfully prolific ranks of regular and elite infantry. Galvanized by hatred of the mobians these humans will serve faithfully and relentlessly as district guards, shock troopers, and infiltration specialists seeking out rebels and dissenters and putting down insurgencies before they even start.
