I definitely want to visit Paraguay and Corrientes Province Argentina to practice Guarani.  Also Patagonia and Chile for Mapudugan

Both my parents are from Corrientes, a nice place! But kinda wet, hot, with lots of mosquitoes, and for what I've seen on tv it reminds me to the famous Everglades in Florida, specially at this season of the year that is an inferno! XD
And the Patagonia...It's ok, at least, if you were from a cold country, it'll be good for someone like you.

And if Patagonia is like that then it sounds good.  As long as they can speak Mapudungan

No, they don't speak it. And I can't tell you about the patagonia if the people speaks mapuche/mapudungan, but there's lot of culture in there, so it's possible. Also you have the Tehuelche culture in that zone.
