Nakatsu is such an awesome character regardless of how you read/watch it... lol. Totally my favorite character in just about everything.
The manga is really good, and both the Japanese and Taiwanese dramas are excellent. Both actors in both versions play Nakatsu's chara so well... he's such a doof... lol. XD
