wich miui version you're running?..i've tried change grid dimension but i had lot's of problems with folder...i'm on 2.2.10...

Yeah I'm 15 I really didn't learn from anything on the internet. I started out by looking at tons of stuff like icon psd's, other icons, and sometimes people will post how they make their own icons (Chris Banks' Cold Fusion HD is a good example of this, he has a video of how he made a few icons.) I started out simple by making some simple things using other people's .psd's (genesis, cold fusion, and athena are all good ones). I played around with different layer styles and then just took my favorite ideas and made my own icons. Some excellent resources for looking at how artist do their icons are the psd's from Quab HD (and excellent one) and Dulce HD (this one has many gradients that can be useful). But certainly take a look at Quab HD (I'll link it to you if you cant find it) and open the "Quab HD" in photoshop and just look through all the layers and everything until you get a feel for things and then make your own! Like I said, I'm learning about new parts of photoshop that I never even knew existed as I go along, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it.

But actually only settings and messaging icon is recoloured..
Very less are made by me in this screen shot..
Only Gallery,Settings,Messaging,Browser,FaceBook,Canabalt,Fruit Ninja and Shark Dash are by me..
