Description Had the idea for a biomechanical vehicle that skips along the planets surface. Kinda like how octopi do with their arms.

...actually that doesn't make much sense but I thought it would make a neat picture!

I adore the execution here, despite how quixotic the design is you manage to make it feel believable. bravo!

The biomechanical arms would make more sense than say wheels as they are in theory all terrain. The only thing that would top it would be some flying vehicle but I think the biomechanical vehicle is preferred (in this universe that is) due to it being able to traverse through thick sandstorms which a flying vehicle wouldn't be able to do due to propellers being affected by them.

It's arms are used for offensive and defensive purposes and can maneuver cargo/items/people quickly. This is ideal due to ammo being finite and limited resourses. It's silent movement due to it's muscular arms, quick agility, ability to jump extremely high and maneuver quickly through caves with spiral tunnels makes this ideal for guerrilla warfare and hiding from hunters.

It's controls are are a pair of hand gloves, one fixed to the cockpit which controls it's overall movement while the other is remote to be able to control the arms for other actions like attack and defense. The pilot is fixed to the ground by their boots and a sit harness so they have maximum moveability/visabilty in the upper torso region while stopping the pilot from flying off the control deck.

That's awesome! I never thought of it that way.
