Description Well, it's been a year and a half since I drew a werewolf, so here's me getting back into it...

This took longer than I'd prefer, at least for something of this level of detail. ~26 hrs. Many hours were spent just trying to get the face right, and I'm still not completely satisfied with it. But I'm happy with the overall picture.

This was based on a werewolf I drew a while ago. I'll post a link to the older version when I upload it in my scraps.

try a smaller nose and place the mouthcorners closer to the eyes, you probably feel the face is off because the top of the muzzle implies a different downwards angle than the mouth does, while the nose seems too big for the muzzle

Very interesting, I've seen a lot of werewolves with wings. But something about your's is different in a way I guess. I really like it and I just love his wings...they remind me of a demon's in a way. Keep up the good work!

I like the picture, but the muzzle seems kinda strange (sorry I can't give any more input than that). Still, good job on it, especially the colouring.

Ah yeah, you're right. It's kinda a-symmetrical. I didn't notice that. I'll have to edit it.

Do you think the mouth looks alright in general? Or does the face structure need changing? I probably won't make changes like that to this picture, but for future werewolves.

It depends on your style actually. Most people I've seen who do werewolves just slap a wolf head, and end up with a standard wolf muzzle. From what I see, you've keept the rhinarium (I think that's the right name), but added human-like lips. I can't say much based off a full frontal perspective, but I don't see anything wrong with it, it's just a matter of preference, and what you feel comfortable with.

I just mess around until I think it looks good. I'm willing to try different approaches to drawing werewolves. My next one(s) will probably include the typical wolf-like snarl/grin that everyone does, lol. It's so clichΓ©, but I think it works better.

I'm happy you like the style I used. I'm curious what you mean about the dark side of the picture, though. Do you think it has a dark feeling to it, or did you like how it was colored darkly.
