I joined this ring on MySpace, and due to my somewhat activist nature I must support it. Please, if you support the use of the term "Gay" as no longer being an insult. Then Show your support by copy and pasting this stamp on your Journal, Page, whatever. or simply by posting "Gay is Not" somewhere, anywhere! I know just how you feel about that. I hear it a lot in my school, and it is often used as an insult. I just don't like it. Especially while I am gay myself.
Some words are just losing its true meaning.
I sometimes say it as a joke and my friends sometimes does it too and I am fine with it.

I dunno why people use mental disabilities and illnesses as insults. Like seriously, since when were gay, autism, bipolar, etc ever part of the adjective category of the dictionary? Never, holy crap why do people use those things as insults? I dunno, the world is messed up.

Yes I was saying I hate it when disabilites are used as insults, and I was listing off something that are not insults no matter if they are a disorder, mental illness, or not. Please don't be overly offended over examples.

There are just a lot of misused words these days, tbh.
First of all, Ebola.. That's a DISEASE. Not a silly meme to play with. Yes, I love memes, but you need to recognize what's funny and what's not.
Oh, and cringe. Yes, it's an insult. But it's more of to describe things that are badly done (like drawing scribbles and being proud of it, non-sarcastically) and not things you personally dislike.
