Here's another picture of my own see Creepypasta character Dreamshade. This signifies the rivalry between him and Slenderman. As I said before Dreamshade is a part of force that saves lives and those he saves never knowing that he did save him if they did see him he would erase their memories. And as a shows the flickering blue flames coming from his eyes means that if somebody important based saving or protecting.
