It is the horns AND the TAIL and the hips AND everything. In my case i especially love their purple skin. Draenei girls are special but that's the way we love them. Sure they have hooves and can be wild like a horse but they are still adorable.

My guess is that you like Draenei girls is because thier body structures tend to be heavier and more exotic than many other body types seen in mmo type games.
