I saw someone used reference from a Warhammer site on a model they made. When I checked the site I was surprised to find a great selection of concept art. So one of the first images I found was of this "Necrarch" character. This is just a bust of it, while the rest is still being worked on. There's a lot of detail, so it may take a while. sweet i had a concept for one that was dried like a mummy with the lips pulled back by decay showing teeth and blackened gums.
