Doodled on the back of a refund ticket at work. I was way into Gambit from the Jim Lee days, even though the costume is like...uh...At the time I wanted nothing more than to sport this look, but looking back...I mean what the hell is it? The whole neck/chest/torso area is a complete mystery with the armor and the criscrossy nonsense. The big duster coat was a stroke of genius, though. Who wants to have to draw all those damn pink stripes over and over again? When you design yourself into a corner, folks, put a big dramatic coat over it.

as goofy as the 90's costume was, there's still something undeniably sexy about Gambit. Somehow, the hot pink just upped the yum factor.

always love Gambit, one of my favorite characters period.. i just wish his outfit was less.. odd in color. Pink on a guy can work amazingly, but in the cartoon you look at him and go "..wtf are you wearing?"
