I looked and I found out that I had not posted this at all on here. This was my very first picture I drew during a stream after a long hiatus and art slump from 2015-2017. I was in the middle of work and couldn't focus on art and I slowly started to lose that spark. On a random day in 2017 I started up my stream on a whim and just doodled whatever came to mind and this came about: A giant girl in the rain being offered a hint of kindness from a stranger. (This was inspired by a slew of pictures I saw involving the anime Monster Masume) I didn't know this would hold a ton of symbolism and start me on the road to recovery because it was also the day I met , one of my best friends in this community. We talked and soon we both doodled from there. I will never forget that day because it saved me in a dark time. I love art. I love drawing and being so burned out on life to the point of just stopping was more awful than I can remember. I sometimes lapse into this from time to time when work and IRL obligations sap me dry but I will never lose that spark again. Its too important to me. If I did, I never would've met such amazing people in the past few years. So I will always keep this around as a reminder that people are there who not only will lift you up but have been influenced by your presence even if it isn't apparent. Thank you all who have helped me and thank you Siha for being my friend.
