I totally love the colors and everything, her head a bit less. xD
The coolest thing is probably the shading and colors, and the blur on the scarf. But I think a blur on the ropes from her staff would be better, and get her face a little bit bigger and more blurred. Just my opinion tho!

I think the background is good. It's not overcomplicated and the blur makes it Look like she's running.
